Aubrey North Woods

Anyone ever try North Woods by Aubrey? I tried some this morning. It has a nice smell, but seems to leave you within minutes after splashing it on. It would be great if it was a little stronger. Very little burn also. This would probably be good for a teenager just starting out shaving. Will probably PIF this one in the near future.

I used both the Northwoods and City Rhythms balm. I agree that that the smell is brief, but that is my preference anyway.

I love the scent of their North Woods and find the Aubrey Organics aftershaves to be top performers, but agree with JerYnkFan in that it's my preference that AS scent not linger so it doesn't clash or limit what cologne I wear. For me, an aftershave scent should last no more than 20 minutes unless the scent is so strong it lingers all day, such as Ogallala Bay Rum Co's AS.

The ingredients are top notch, especially with the witch hazel. I also like the fact it comes in a glass bottle...

I just switched to Aubrey North Woods AS and really like it. Can't beat the price, comes in a glass bottle. I'm happy with the light scent. This replaces AOS shaving balm recently given away here that was causing skin problems. Five days in my face is much calmer and the redness is fading.

This stuff feels great on your face. I bought it at Whole Foods while traveling. I was unimpressed the first time I used it, but used it every day for a week and liked it better each time I splashed it on. Lasts just long enough. Very soothing. This one will stay in my rotation.

Totally agree, bought this one first, and after retrying and digging it, bought the Sandalwood too. Just picked up the North Woods balm too
