Isn't there a handle that will accept both the Atra and Sensor carts?

The Merkur Trac II type handle comes with adaptors for a number of different carts, including Atra and Sensor but, IMO, the adaptors are flimsy, and the handle works best with Trac II (fixed/non-swiveling) blades.

Yep. If you want the best cartridge experience, stick with a Trac II style in my opinion. You get more control.
