Atomizers: How many pumps?

I'm using an atomizer for the first time with Baby Blue, and I have Proraso and Floid "The Genuine" on the way with their respective atomizers as well. How many pumps are you guys using? I'm having a hard time gauging how much I'm getting from the pumps. I have a good idea of how much I use by how it looks/feels in my hands, so the change is a little weird. I tried doing 3-4 sprays, but it really didn't seem like very much at all. I tried rubbing it around a little and there wasn't really enough to go around. Anyway, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using 4 - 5 myself. Got to buy me some Orange.

Spray is on your face. If 3 or 4 isn't enough, do more. Each atomizer is different.

I probably do a dozen sprays with mine or so. I really dose myself with it. Maybe a dozen is going overboard but I like to cover my face as well as the front AND back of my neck.... and sometimes my shoulders. All the stuff I have in the barber size bottles that use the Floid and Proraso atomizers for I really like the smell of so I don't mind going very liberal with the application (ie. I don't mind smelling like Floid Blue for a while.... it smells great!!). 3 to 4 sprays is definitely not enough IMO though. Note: I do shave in the evening so I'm not as concerned about my AS conflicting with my cologne for the day..... that could factor into things I suppose.

I think it probably depends on the atomizer. I'm using the ones from Italian Barber. Like the previous poster, I find it's best to "dose" myself with between 12 and 20 sprays...some on the face, some on the neck and chest for scent. Then I use my hands to rub it in a little. Works wonderfully!

I'm about to get some Floid Blue and I will put some in the RazoRock Alum Spray deodorant bottle, which has a nice atomizer. Will report back.

I'm averaging 10-12 on my face, then 4-5 on my hands which I then rub in on my face and neck.
