Paradigm didn't agree with Bullgoose taking the design of the 17-4 but then there was nothing he could do about it as it was not patented by Paradigm to begin with nor did he have the funds to fight it even if he wanted to so its a moot point! This was something brought on by himself and he is suffering the consequences of his actions. I for one am glad that Phil made this public as Andy lied to him on more than 1 occasion and did business as usual to release 2 different batches of the Diamondback and was working on at least 2 other projects including the Ti Javelin/Diamondback knowing full well he owed the money to Phil now he's been exposed for the dishonest person he is. I'm not a Phil fan at all as he's said and done some things in the past which I would call questionable, but as far as I know today he's never cheated anyone out of money and then lied about it to keep from paying it back!!
