Astra Superior Platinum??

Hello all I just ordered 100 of these Astra Superior Platinum DE blades from this vendor . http://www.justbeautysupplies.com/

price was 12.99 for a box of 100 plus shipping . I see these blades get good reviews , is any one still using these on a regular basis ? How about some feed back here ? How did I do on price ? And does any one here order from this supplier ? I know there not a big wet shaver supplier , but there razor prices seem better then most ? thanks guys !

They are excellent blades. Very smooth and very sharp. I think NGT guy on the vendor forum does them for $15ish shipped for 100. Just keep in mind his prices change so you have to PM him to find out exactly what they are at any given time. So depending on how much you paid for shipping you probably did ok on price.

I've used them a time or two and they were good blades. They were part of a sampler and I still have a few and will use them. I cannot complain about them at all. I know nothing about the price point for them though.

I just started using them and these blades are sharp and give me a good, clean shave. The price you paid appears to be competitive with other vendors who sell them.

absolutely great blades; basically a 2nd tier blade w/ Feathers, Super Iridiums, and Gillette 7 O'Clock yellows being 1st tier.

500 blades for $50 dollars is a great price; plus, they have Clubman products in abundance- first site I've seen w/ Eau de Quinine, the Veg(not that I'm recommending buying any!), Osage Rub and the other usual subjects.

You might also try the Astra Stainless PTFE coated blades; I find that these shave as well for me as the Astra Superior Platinums do.
