Assistance in identifying brush. Pics included.

B&B brethren - your assistance please.

I have recently waxed lyrical about the joys of a no-name brush I received in a Burt's Bees Shaving "Gift pack". I have called it my no-name brush as it has no markings of any kind and no identifying marks but I am curious as to it's origin - is it a repurposed brush from another company/manufacturer? Does anyone have a similar one? Can you provide any insight? It is a fully ceramic/procelain handle and quite heavy in the hand. Here are the pics...
