ART and Knives online vendor trustworthy?

Hi B&B im looking to buy a thiers issard razor but all the online english stores seem to be out of the stock I like (e.g. fendrihan, thiers issard UK)
So i looked online in french as the brand is franch and found a couple of stores, namely this one

Has anyone shopped there... Is it reliable??
Also if anyone has any suggestions for where to buy TI straights

Have never shopped there, but the site looks legit. Use paypal and you have their backing if anything goes wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I couldn't find it anywhere else and the shipping was reasonable. They list a physical address too which is a plus.
