Apothecary lonliness

Am I alone here?
I love the "apothecary" mug that is sold by almost every shave shop. I face lather and the apothecary mug is deep enough to contain the mess of loading the brush--and deep enough lo soak my brush in while I shower. It is wide enough at the top to let me swish the brush around on the soap without clanking against the sides of the mug all the time. It is narrow enough at the bottom that I get a nice thick puck using melt and pour soaps. It has a few ridges in the bottom to hold the puck tight down to the last little bit. What's not to love.
But I never see this type of mug mentioned ion B&B.
Am I alone?

I got one with the Van Der Hagen luxury kit, and to me it was the best component. Aside from a couple attempts at face lathering it's all I've used.
