Anyone order the safety razor compendium recently?

I've sent two emails, in early March and a few days ago, to the author of the Safety Razor Compendium regarding placing an order for the CD/eBook.

I've never received a reply. I'm wondering if he's still active or around and shipping these.

Does anyone have the 411 or another source for purchasing the eBook?
