Any one tried these Mühle bruhes?

Hello,

Has anyone tried any of these two travel brushes? (they're both made by Müle). I would like more information about them, I've seen them on different online shops, and they're sometimes announced as "best badger" and other times as "pure badger". I would like to know more about the grade quality and perfomance from someone who has tried any of them. Let's call them A and B.

I have a one with a reddish handle and pure badger hair. It is a nice brush which neatly assembles in to the handle and the threads fit perfectly. The badger hair is nice and flexible unlike the boar hair and dries quickly. The only problem that I noticed today was that the handle base has popped out. It was glued and jammed in place during manufacture. Mine is about three years old. I'll just glue it back on.

I have "A" from Muhle.
It's a great brush, comfortable enough for creams but stiff enough for the hardest soaps.
A great all around brush.
Never tried "B".

Current models of Muehle travel brushes are pure badger regardless of finish and are advertised as such on Muehle web page.
I have model 81 M 530 in anodized aluminium and I love it.

The current model of nickel plated Muhle Travel Brush is pictured as "B" above.
It has Pure Badger.

The brush shown as "A" above (the nickel plated model I own) has Best Badger.

I don't think this model "A" in best is still available. Perhaps in some leftover stock, but not in new stock.

There are two brushes pictured in that ad.
The one on top has a knurled knob below the knot, the one on the bottom has a smooth knob.
I have the one on the bottom.

I would agree with that.

The ad he linked to shows both, as they are probably running out the old stock.

Do you think it's worth trying to find an old stock best badger one? Or in this case the hair grade isn't going to make that much difference?
