Good luck on the proraso soap - I'd love to have one too! I think the TFS hard soaps have the lather right for your request, but not the scents.

MIke's Natural and Mystic Water both have incredible coconut soap.

By hard soap, do you specifically mean triple milled soaps? Or simply not cream? If you don't require triple milled soaps, here are a couple of Proraso-like soaps: Santa Maria Novella and Brooklyn to London (made by Mike). For me at least, the lather both of these create would make Proraso quite jealous. The scent on the SMN is VERY similar to Proraso, just stronger. The Brooklyn to London soap isn't quite as close a match. It definitely has similar menthol and eucalyptus elements, perhaps a bit heavier on some rosemary and camphor.
