Antique Fair Find For £8.00

Got this at an Antique Fair this morning for £8.00 GBP ($12.00 USD)
Very pleased, am i right in saying this is a 1949 Rhodium Plated Aristocrat "No 22" set ?

(The seller also threw in a British Gillette Tech for another £4.00 (6.00 USD)

You don't want to know how many hours i spend on e-bay (all sites) checking for razors , and i go to lots and lots of car boots (Yard Sales)
and i am lucky to have an Antique Fair that runs twice a month very close to me.

it's just been EXTREMELY good luck for me lately , the other Aristocrat and now this one, i seem to be blessed lately, normally i can go weeks with nothing.
