Annoying Search Feedback Question.

Suddenly this afternoon in B&B I am getting this intermittent and randomly appearing query at the top of my (phone) screen:

Search Feedback: Find what you were looking for?
Yes No

I did not search for anything and I don’t need this intrusion. How can I turn it off?
