Depending on the condition (hard to tell from a quality photo like that ) you should have a very nice New Type! Personally, I've never tried one but they have a lot of fans here

Excellent score. While I'm mostly familiar with the Gillette razors made in the US I find this razor made in the UK quite interesting. The head design is a cross between the New Improved and the New. While the comb shape is that of the long toothed New it has the blade positioning posts of the New Improved. The New razor design was introduced to use the New blades which would accept the long positioning bar of the New razor. This was done to lock out all the competing blades of the three hole design. Interesting. Does anyone have more of a history of this razor?
