Am i using too much After shave?

Hi
I've been wet shaving for about 15 years ( 1 year with DE) but i never used After shave splash. I always used balm
Recently I bought an AS Splash 3.4 oz and I just realized that i've used about 1/3 of the bottle so far in a month. I shave EVERYDAY!
Am i using too much or is that normal? A bottle of 3.4 would probably last me 3 months.

Just kidding. I have so many open bottles that I can't really judge how quickly only one would get used, but an ounce or so a per month doesn't sound excessive at all.

To be honest, I go through a regular size bottle of AV musk in 2 weeks........so, probably not!

As an exercise in working out which decade I would be able to refresh my current rotation, I calculated that in my current AS rotation, I am consuming about a litre of AS per year.

That's pretty good mileage.

No that's normal, at least for me. One-half to one teaspoonful per day sounds about right.

Not to be too indelicate, but since the head and neck are well above the Veg level, what exactly did the chap in the photo shave?

Are you coating your whole face and neck (aka shaved area) with a thin/even coat of product? If you are doing that, I say you are fine! If after you rub the splash into the shaved area's your and and face are still dripping product then you ARE. Using to much!

It's deep enough for a full dive.
The picture is of the post dive surfacing.

Regarding quantity;
I use about a tablespoon. That's enough to dampen the face and neck, which I feel is the whole purpose of aftershave. If there isn't enough to get the areas you shaved damp, then the alcohol isn't evaporating on your skin.

Not a single one of the 850 people I sign expense reports for has ever complained.
