Almost put the Bulldog up for sale, but.

I was pretty excited about receiving a 1919 Bulldog. Such a sweet looking, feeling razor and a neat piece of shaving history. I knew it would lean towards the aggressive side but after 3 shaves I panicked a bit and thought I had made a somewhat expensive mistake. Like a lot of things I needed to step back and give it some time. The last couple shaves have been phenomenal and I really like the vintage silver. Gotta keep it.

Nope, it's stock as can be. I think these were triple plated in Sterling so they shine up rather well. I don't use any type of past only a mild liquid in fear of removing any more silver then the last 94 has already!

No shim, I am getting used to the razor now and "think" I have the perfect angle.

I'm not sure whether to be disappointed it won't be on the BST or say congratulations. Beautiful razor, definitely one of Gillette's best designs.
