So not everyone likes false tongues/boot kilties on their boots but I'm a fan. I just dressed up (down?) my Allen Edmonds Daltons with dress false tongues but dyed them navy blue to contrast the walnut brown color along with navy blue rope laces. I'm really liking this look and may do some more boots.
