Algonquin price check

Not a safety user, but I spotted this a few minutes ago at a nearby antique shop

have not heard much about them so I figured if it is worth what they are asking for. Looks to be in decent shape, with some brassing, but without a clean-up it could be better than I think

It is a New Improved. The Algonquin was a name of one of the sets in which it appeared. Excellent shaving razor. Even if all the gold plating is gone it is solid brass and will shine up nicely. I would say $30-$45 range would be more than fair for the set based upon the view we get.
