It's a nice razor for sure.
However for that kind of money I would prefer a custom. In 7/8 or bigger. With horn scales. In Damascus.
I only own one custom razor. It's a Brian Brown. There a few other blade smiths too so you have many options.

Gorgeous! Who's to say if you're overspending-- if it's worth the cost to you, that's what matters most. Enjoy!

I'd shave with it...ha
Its a very nice razor. Sharp and smooth and I own one. I dont use it often but it has never disappointed. The first shave with it was way to sharp so be very careful.
I naively thought you wanted to buy a tile. I've got loads at home and didn't need any help from here when choosing them!
