Wonderful razor and job
Nov 2, 2014 #22 ncfyrfyter That is absolutely beautiful! He will treasure that for the rest of his life!!
Nov 2, 2014 #23 Wullie SWEET!! That is beautiful. Mark does fine work. That is the second JR "Military Razor" I've ever seen. I bought the first one I saw. I love it, it's a smooth shaver and looks to have been around. Mine doesn't have "England" on the stamp. It was one of two that were boxed. They don't match, but both are scaled in ivory and the Military Razor has a LOT more use than it's bunk buddy.

Nov 3, 2014 #26 mycarver Thank you Matt for letting me do this for you. Heirloom pieces are some of the most enjoyable to do.
Nov 3, 2014 Thread starter #27 hig789 Thanks for the compliments everyone and a huge thanks to Mark for doing this. I can't wait to get it and put it to use.

Nov 3, 2014 #29 G GC77 Well done and thought out. I hope that razor has generations of use left in it. Perhaps mycarver's great great great grandson will restore it again.
