In honor of my 40th Birthday (Aug 1) and all the help, advice and PIF's I've received over the past couple of years I wanted to give back a little. My only caveat for entry is that you have 200 or less posts to be eligible. I would like this to benefit a Noob as we were all Noobs at some point!
