Shave #91. Charcoal Goods lvl 2 in copper.
Thursday 1st April, shave #91.
Preshave: Hot washcloth
Soap: MWF, bowl-lathered
Brush: Men-U boar
Razor: Rockwell 6S R3, Astra SP #8
Post-shave: Hyaluronic acid, Nivea 2-Phase Lotion.
Made more of an effort on my neck, and got a better result, but also more irritation. I think using hyaluronic acid helps your skin to recuperate, but a fully BBS neck might still be a Pyrrhic victory.
Preshave: Hot washcloth
Soap: MWF, bowl-lathered
Brush: Men-U boar
Razor: Rockwell 6S R3, Astra SP #8
Post-shave: Hyaluronic acid, Nivea 2-Phase Lotion.

Shave #92. Quick shave, one pass ATG. Which tool to choose? Brass'Bird with Permasharp was a great choice. Efficient, comfortable, and smooth skin result.

Brush: Men-U boar
Razors: GC.84 OC, Boots #5, GC.68 SB, Astra SP #6.
Post-shave: Hyaluronic acid, Nivea 2-Phase Lotion.
Managed to get a BBS face and DFS neck again with this pair. Using a light handle has really optimised the safety bar .68 for ATG and tidy-up.

Shave #93. Another day of one pass ATG. Today it was with the same Permasharp blade in a Karve F SB. Great shave.
Still in.

Soap: Palmolive, bowl-lathered
Brush: Men-U boar
Razor: Rockwell 6S R3, Boots #1
Post-shave: Hyaluronic acid.
Got the usual autopilot DFS with the Rockwell. The Palmolive performed OK, but I don't think post-shave feel is as good as with MWF.

Having fun with a one pass against the grain shave challenge, so decided to rotate through a few razors. Shave #94 was a well used Permasharp (5) in a Wolf WR2 1.45. Great shave, quick and easy.

Sunday Schick Shave, April 4th 2021, #94 or 94
Razor: Schick injector championship theme series L type- Mfg 1976- Schick was a big sponser for the 1976 Montreal, Canada Olympics, mild injector. Easy to work the face and gives good results.
Blade: Personna SS PTFE injector(8) Great blade, very sharp, good longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable.
Soap: Italian Barber Amici, nice grapefruit scent, excellent lather properties, very affordable.
Brush: Razorock Noir 400 Plissoft, kind of reminds me of my boar brush, cloud like soft tips, good scrub + great lather painter.
Pre shave: Washed the face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3+ pickups. WTG + 2X ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Italian barber Amici with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =
excellent shave with my Schick injector L type+ a Personna blade.
