What do you know about them? As good as the later ones?

I haven't tried those particular blades, but the later made versions. Im sure they'll shave really nice.

So, I thought it was just me; I had already been DE shaving for three or four years when these came out, but I don't remember anything about them! They were made in England, but the only English blades I knew about or cared about were Wilkinson Swords (and only Wilkinson Swords for more than forty-five years!).
Achim has pictures of this dispenser on his Mr-Razor site for both 1969 and 1970. I thought the blade must have a following, but no comments on the blades, themselves?
My Google searches lead to all kinds of 1990s and 21st Century Gillette platinum blades, but -
Inquiring minds want to know...anything about them.

Found something! Right here at B&B! Changed my Google search parameters and...
