1938-45 Tech Travel Set

Found this Tech Travel set in the wild today.
I have not seen a set like this before.
There is one on Mr Razors site, although it is brown and listed as a possible military set (maybe this one is a Navy set???)

Here are some pics as found...

Seems that it is complete and the only problem is that the piece holding the head is broken

A quick cleaning made it look nicer
