Picked this up today at a local car boot (trunk??) sale for a dollar.. Pretty sure it hasnt been used

pretty happy with it, i'd all but given up on finding DE's in my area, i've been searching with little success!



how do you guys feel about these?? i know theyre late model gillettes but it seems like it'll be a good shaver with the extra length.....

Just the condition of the case is amazingly nice. There are strong fans of the super adjustable around here. Easily the longest handle of the Gillette DE's that you'll find.

I will agree. I have at one point owned a Fatboy, a Slim, and a Super Adjustable. The Slim outperformed the Fatboy, and the Super Adjustable outperforms the Slim. It gives me super smooth shaves, and I like the longer handle.

I got mine in case for $7.50, but clearly yours was a total steal!!

Looks like i need to find a user grade super adjustable..... i cant see myself getting one for less than the mint one though! hahaha

When I first joined B&B, these black plastic/resin/powdercoat/whatever-they-are handles didn't appeal to me at all. They, to my mind, looked a bit too modern. I love the vintage aesthetic of the earlier razors.

However, they're really growing on me. I think yours is lovely. I'm going to have to try one of these out at some point, I think.
