As a huge fan of vintage gillettes I have pretty much tried all the super speed variants ouy there. I think they are all very effective shaving tools. The Rocket HD is in a class of its own. For me the blade angle and head geometry are perfect. It has a heavier thicker handle than other superspeeds and has a feel of quality about it. This is one of my favourite razors and is likely to be one of yours if you enjoy the heft of a fat boy or a rocket HD. It is slightly more aggressive than a regular super speed. I don't have a particularly tough beard (I use the fatboy and slim on number 3) and don't find this razor to be too aggressive at all. The quality of the shave is excellent.
