Obviously there is some form of a tobacco note with Tabac, hence the name.

Nope, no tobacco in it.
I think of yuzu, lavender, hemlock and myrrh when I take the lid off the bowl. Three weeks after first opening it, it's mellowed and smells even better than it did the first day!

Like Old Spice but much better
I've grown to love the scent as a soap. I wouldn't want it as an a/s but as a shave soap I really like the scent and the performance is second to none!

Another gentlemen on here somewhere described the scent as this: a mix of ash tray and panty liners.

I often see such threads where nobody agrees on the scent of Tabac: what does it smell like, is there tobacco in it, etc.

Like it allot wife hates it *lol* one guy about a year back said it smells like 70's porn *lol* Like the stuff allot could not would not try to describe it though.
