Sandalwood Saturday again with a new Timeless bowl.

I found myself chasing the lather up the sides nonstop, left with airy doo-doo lather laden with air bubbles. It's going into time-out with the Arko in the back of the cabinet; I apologized to my knockoff Captain's Choice bowl, from which I won't stray again when bowl lathering (Timeless relegated to travel bowl).

I found myself chasing the lather up the sides nonstop, left with airy doo-doo lather laden with air bubbles.

I don't know about air bubbles, but I've been noticing the same thing with my bowl. The lather goes up the sides, and I have to keep pushing it back down. I guess it isn't just me...

I hadn’t used Stirling for years and have now rediscovered what a great soap it is. Creamy and a long lasting lather. Awesome skin protection.
This puck had been sitting in one of my drawers for years. It has lost most of its scent but not its lathering ability.
I’m very pleased with it.

A relaxing sunday morning shave.

I've mentioned in many of my postings i made a vow to myself this year to keep adding shaving items i've only occasionally used in my humble shaving den...It's been a while since i last used my vintage flat bottom tech ages..What i personally like about the all the gillette tech's i have is they are such smooth efficient shavers especially the earlier models, i've mentioned in my posting before i couldn't pick my favourite, because each and everyone that i have is a joy to shave with.

However, the 40's & 50's models i find are slightly more assertive with the right blade choice.

Another enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Nivea Men ~ Body Shaving Anti-Irritation ASLB.

My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling devine.
