Your Views - T&H Ebony Regency Razor

proxy.php

I was thinking of getting this for my dad for christmas.

My reasons why :-
1). thick handle
2). black
3). Truefitt & Hill

My reservations :-
Mach3 - he uses twin blades (double edged for me but not for him, though I remember he started out old school).

Haven't found premium razors for twin blades (gillette sensor etc...) :mad3:

I would like to read your views on this razor

Thanks

Nice looking razor for folks into the twin blade setup! I would also look at the rigs Shavemac, Merkur and Edwin Jager sell to see if the price is in line or if there are any other styles you prefer more.

You can probably get them cheaper here:

Thanks guys for the recommendations.

After going through them, I still consider T&H Regency as my first choice because amongst the models that I liked -

Shavemac seems to be selling them as sets (but I want only the razor)
&
I don't think Vulfix Pewter Twin Blade Razor takes those Gillette blades (and I am not too sure about their quality). But these look really nice

Thanks Austin -

But I can get the T&H Regency at amazon with 10% off with free shipping.

However I think the one you showed me is different -
