Your go to blades for specific DE razors

I was curious what people are finding to be their go to blade for specific DE razor types. Assuming that the different heads work better with different blades, what are your go to blades or blades that you find work well with say....

Gillette New Short Comb
Gillette New Long Comb
Gillette Tech
Merkur HD or 38C
Muhle / EJ
...
etc.

I'm currently using Red Personnas in all my razors but think that they seem to work best in my 38C.

Wanted to know what I should try / might work better in my Bull Mastiff with the Gillette New Short Comb.... Muhle 106... etc.

Although I have found that I like Iridiums in just about any razor I've tried, three that I tend to pair up the most (and always get good shaves with) are

• Tech and Feather
• Long comb New and Iridium
• NDC '40s Superspeed and Derby Extra

EJ DE89 = Feather

Either of my Parker TTO "starter" razors (86r and 96r) = Blue Israeli Crystal

Old Gillette Slim adjustable = still figuring it out, but Feather, Iridium, 7O'clock black all seem great with it

My Muhle R109 gives it best shaves with Iridium Supers.

For my English Gillette New long open comb (#77/#88) - Feather, Gillette 7'0 Clock Sharpedge, Iridium Super & Astra Stainless (PTFE) all give fine shaves.

My Mekur Slant definitely shaves best with Feathers, as do the rest of my Merkurs (11 OC & HD)

I get excellent results with a Gillette 7 O'Clock Permasharp in all of my razors.

Superspeed gets a Crystal, the Tech gets a US Personna, and the Slim gets whatever's on hand.

A recent, very pleasant surprise was a Black 7 0'Clock in a Merk 1904.

I got five superb shaves with this combo. Next time it comes up, I'll see just how many shaves this will give me.
