I'm happy to report that I have never blind-bought a cologne. 
Pens EF. 
Harris Arlington. While I thought I liked it at first, I eventually realized it smelled like a funeral home.
Other than that, probably Pashana.

I've never ended up with any blind buys I thought were absolutely horrid, partly because I rarely do any blind buys. The one I was probably most disappointed with, though, was Czech & Speake's Oxford & Cambridge, due to how much it cost, and given that I was expecting one of the finest lavender waters around, which to my nose, it's not.
Ouch. That isn't a cheap mistake to make.
The only reason I purchased it was because the bottle looked so good.

I'm with you on that. I was happy to see the last of it on the BST.
I've done WAY too many blind buys. And with the exception of 1 of them, they've all sucked. The only one that didn't was Amouage's Sandalwood attar. I pretty much knew what that one was going to smell like since I know what sandalwood smells like.
Tuscany by Aramis. Like 75% off at target but totally not my style.
I use this aftershave sometimees. I am trying to get through the bottle so ICan buy something different, I don't really care for it either.

I love the scent of the cream, but I just can't imagine spending the money on the cologne right now. And Pens only gives out one free sample and I already used mine...

No, I don't think that there's anything in it other than tobacco and menthol.
It's not a cologne per se, and it wasn't expensive enough to complain about , and I may get chased down by certain B&Bers carrying torches and pitchforks for saying it, but my worst blind buy ever ...

I love Pinaud's Bay Rum, and I like the regular Clubman, but I should've stopped with that.
There will soon be a Pinaud bundle appearing on the B/S/T, laying in wait for some unsuspecting soul ...

There's a list of other things on the back of the bottle. It's not just what it says on the front of the bottle. I don't really know what Anise smells like, but it's the licorice like scent that I don't like. Kind of the same scent that I don't like in clubman, and most of the pirtralons. The heavy sweet scent.
I haven't given up on it yet, I just should of gotten a sample of it from superlather before making the purchase.
