so this has been done im sure i was looking for it in the past threads and could not find it..soo anyways heres a little back story of how my monday went this week.
I woke up at 5 am for work went into the shave den started up my shower and went to use the john. As I stand there doing my business I look down and see my daily shaver (r41) in the toilet broken!!! man I was so upset loved that razor i was soo pi$$ed off and my poor razor just got pi$$ed on, my first thought was the gf was she jealous ...maybe..did somebody break in and throw my razor in the toilet ...possible... I guess l will never know, i have kept it in the same place on the shelf as soon as im done with it and never had this issue before, for now she will be put to rest I have been getting by with using one of my many razors in my collection but I like to keep those clean and on the shelf only to be takin out every once and a while. I like my daily shaver it needs to be replaced...
so I was mentally prepping my self to hit mertz (local shave shop) and look at a new r41 and of corse some other goods when it struck me now is the time to maybe buy myself that ikon i have been looking at!!!
so my question to the masses is how is the ikon razor im looking at the oss right now I know from the ikon threads I have seen its very one sided love them or hate them, but is it a good daily shaver is it worth the hearty price tag that is attached to it. how do they stand up against the r41 in terms of a nice aggressive shave. I do not mind buying a quality razor if it is worth it lord knows I have enough money vested in it already a little more wont kill me I just like to know its money well spent. any feed back positive or negative will help in my deciding factor or go with what I know or look into the new also considering the feather stainless.
