And more aggressive than my Gillette Slim. These are the only 2 razors that I own. I like how efficiently the Ikon cuts through hair, but it always feels like my face is in fire afterwards. My slim on the other hand is ok, but it scrapes against my face no matter which blade I use and I have to do several passes to get a decent shave. So I’m looking for something aggressive, but slightly less so than the ikon tech.

Hello! I too have a iKon tech. I also have Weishi 9306F, not exactly a Gillette slim, but here I am.
I like the results of Shaving with the iKon, but it's not smooth.
I would recommend something from RazoRock, like a Lupo 95 OC, or what I am using now, the Gamechanger 1.05-P. The Game Changer 1.05 is very smooth and pretty efficient, almost as efficient as the iKon.

Maybe you need describe Bead, Skin, and Bead Growth Factor for more good advice. Say something like my Skin is taught a Dry Leather, my Beard is Thin & Fine, and Grows Straight like Rows of Nebraska Corn.
With that information my someone will have like situation, and chime in advice that might help.
I’m not sure how the R41 stacks up against the Ikon but maybe look into it as a possible option.
There are a hundred razors between your Slim and Tek. One is a pretty mild razor even @9. The other is one of the most aggressive razors out there.
The modern R41 would be right up your alley. It's smooth and efficient and would be a good daily driver eventually. Get the SS if you don't mind paying extra.
The field is wide open, so many to choose! Maybe help narrow the field with some more criteria like cost, material, open comb/safety bar, what your beard is like, etc.
