Will this type of scrubbing bubbles work?

I asked the old lady to pick up some scrubbing bubbles at the store and she comes back with the automatic shower cleaner liquid (refill)

will this work to clean a razor just like the other stuff or should I take it back?

In the Aerosol Can! It contains an antibacterial agent along with the cleaning agent. The can is easy to use on the razor and a little goes a long way.

I would say it depends on what's in it.
Obviously it would be a soap scum remover which is good.
but does it have any other disinfecting properties?
I don't know.
I use the foamy stuff in the can.

Or it could be a hidden message from SWMBO to clean the shower
