Hello.

How does this open ?

I am looking for a razor that opens from the top, not one oyu have to screw,

I am looking for a razor similar to the ming shui, where you just screw the bottom to open the top and put the blade in. Is this razor like that ?

The Wilkinson is a two piece razor. You unscrew the head to insert the blade (I do this by holding the head by its sides and rotating the handle). If you're wanting a cheap twist-to-open razor, in addition to the Ming Shui, there is the Welshi, the Feather or a vintage Gillette Superspeed.
