Is it possible to have a place on this forum for members to be able to give proper recognition to other deserving members?

Badger and Blade is such a special place, it would be nice to be able to give appreciation to those who deserve it.

There's a 'merit award' sub-forum of this forum you can select at the top of this page. Only a few have received any recognition, though.

I think the Merit Award sub-forum is excellent, but it is an award, not a place for members and staff to say thanks.

There are so many great things about this place and so many people that truly go above and beyond what would be considered generous or helpful. It seems to me that we should encourage the spirit of friendship and camaraderie that Badger and Blade seems to foster.

Creating a place where thanks and proper recognition can be given would not only give credit to those that are helpful or generous, but it would also give others a good example to follow.
