I didnt get a delay email either. I'd rather they focus on work than answer a bunch of emails (my M.O.) but a news flash would be great. For those who did get this delay email, any details? Since I didnt get one and they didnt reply to orders, it makes me wonder if my order got through. Cant wait to get one

I got on the list very late. I do find myself checking the spam folder more often to make sure I don't miss the invoice. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
I signed up on Sept. 6 and mine is in the mail. I think you should contact Mongoose. Something don't seem right.
They've only been shipping the polished version if I'm not mistaken, satin heads yet to arrive.
That would make sense. I'm not going to panic yet, I can find something else to shave with while I impatiently wait.
