Which are your favourite razors?

Tech (love this mild thing, just cause it's cheep doesn't mean it can't be good)
Old open comb (handling is great)
Slim ( 1 - 9 reasons to like it)
Rocket (it's a beast)
Merkur HD (my first love)

To be fair though, on a different day I may be happy to invert this list - these are usually my top 5.

Fatboy may join the list, I had my first shave with one this morning. Liked it, started at 5 which seemed similar to red tip, bumped it up to 6 halfway through felt closer to the New at that setting. Will have to experiment with this one, but the shave was nice. Mine is ugly, but mechanically perfect. Should make a good travel razor, or if we fall in love great candidate for Rhodium replate.

I expect the #15 aristocrat to join my list. I'm anxiously awaiting it's arrival to find out. If it doesn't make my top 5, I doubt I will keep it.

OK, I'm officially moving the #15 aristocrat to the top of my list!

Gillette OLD head on Bob's Bullmastiff Slim handle. I own 10 other razors but don't use them anymore. This is all I ever require.

I'm sure if you ask a month from now the list might be slightly different, but I do really like the above 3 so it will be hard to knock one off the list.

Not sure why it is an odd question but my favorite (read: only) razor is a Merkur 34C (HD).

I have yet to try the fat handle Tech that's on it's way to me...

My favorite is the Sledgehammer Slant (Merkur 39C) with a Feather Blade.

If you asked the classice "Deserted Island" question, my answer would be the same, with the sad realization that I could only use it twice a week, tops.

+1. I have a bunch of New variants, from a bar-handle to an Improved to a Tuckaway to one with a Bull Mastiff handle. All are great shavers.

If someone said "we're taking away all your razors except for one, which you will have to use for the rest of your life" - I'd probably be the bar handle New.
