Where do you buy blades?

In the UK

I used to buy most blades from ebay or Amazon but now mostly specialist sellers

La Barbiera (good and free postage)
Shaving Time (good and reliable)
Your Shaving (again good and reliable)

I no longer recommend Amazon because if what I read is true, Amazon puts every seller's items in the same bin in the warehouse. This means that you have no guarantee of getting certain stock, whether legit or counterfeit, because everything is comingled. Like I said, if this is true. Links:

Therefore, I only buy blades from outfits who I can trace their stock. Italian Barber, Maggard Razors, legit salon sellers on eBay, etc.
Not to heap kindling on your phobia, but a lot of eCommerce sites use Amazon distribution, even if they don't tell you. Run your website, Amazon takes care of the rest.

From a British perspective.

Since Ebay UK chose to cease selling DE blades on their website, I have been using my former bay suppliers via their websites.

My favoured sellers are Bigdealsmart and La Barbiera.

An excellent choice of NOS blades at good prices. All blades appear to be the St Petersberg offerings and range in date manufacture from 2019-22.

Very happy with their products prices and service.

Razor Blades Club sells direct as well as listing some brands on Amazon. They have an amazing selection. I have used them myself.
This^ They're frequently the cheapest, though sometimes their listings on Amazon or eBay are cheaper than their site, but not often. They also have free shipping 100 blades or more. The shipping is also pretty quick considering they're based in Sweden.

Living in Europe, I order from Amazon and Razor Blades Club. Ordering from anywhere else means paying crazy shipping costs. Most times, shipping comes out to be more than what you are buying.
