What's new

When I have time.

I like to brew with a Chemex. I rate the coffee as much more flavorful than a drip, but not as strong as you would get from a French press. The only problem is having to really babysit the whole process, and keeping the water in the right temp range.

it's pretty awesome when you can get it just right. Anybody else use a Chemex?

I find that coffee made with a Chemex has an almost "butter like roll" on the tongue.

It makes by far and away the "smoothest" coffee you can get, regardless of what type of grounds you put in side of it.

I keep going back to my Chemex, time and time again for our after dinner 2 cups of coffee.

I'm planning on snagging a Chemex during my two-day Atlanta coffeefest. Along with a lot of other coffee paraphernalia :w00t: i'll be up for days!!
