It's not much of a project but I grinded down a 1/4 teaspoon to use for scooping out soap and cream that I then place in a bowl for bowl lathering. It works really well for that purpose and I was happy with how it turned out.

Scoopers unite! Very cool spoon, btw.

I use the cheese / butter/ jam spreaders when I scoop.. You can usually find them in thrift stores for like 10 cents a piece.
