I have discovered there is a subculture online which absolutely obsesses over things which they use for Everyday Carry (EDC) much the same way some of us get in the groove over razors and shaving supplies

At one time I carried a Gerber Multi plier with me all the time, but now I have one in both trucks, so keep one on me all the time.

When working I keep it in my left front pocket with my truck key (everything else in my right) and when not at work I keep it in my right rear jeans pocket.

I find it very interesting that so many of you walk around as if you are preparing for close quarters combat.

I have nothing against walking around while armed to protect oneself. However, I guess I don't think about it as much since I work at a Federal facility. None of that stuff can come in the building. However, I am in the market for a nice Gerber mini pocket tool or a mini leathermen tool.
