Vintage Simpson Best Badger--first use of a new to me Simpson after giving the vintage knot a quick clean and spa day--considering giving the handle a light wet/dry sand w/3000 grit then a quick hand polish with Flitz or a plastic polish to bring out the shine, trying to keep from erasing what remains of the logo sticker

Brush Yaqi 24mm Atlantis New & 1st Use
This new synthetic brush is different. The bristles are not as soft and it feels stiffer...more back-bone more scritches. I like it...at least it's different from other Yaqi synthetics.

Started wet sanding, then just used plastic headlight polish on the Vintage Simpson Best Badger--preserving what is left of the logo—yeah, it’s cracked, but the fractures catch the light and give it an unique character.
