It's your garden variety circa 1954 Pelikan 400 green striped piston filler, I fitted it with a modern M205 medium stainless steel nib since the original gold nib had been replaced with a 14K gold 140 nib (slightly smaller). It's was personalized with an owner's name in Germany, probably why I was able to get it for a bargain sum.

A Parker Latitude, an inexpensive modern Parker, it took some time and effort to sort out the nib, but it is now quite perfect.

That they are. This one is butter smooth with a little stubbish nature to it. Nice red binde Pelikan.
