Watches and wonders straights 2024

Inspired by the last posts of @Antique Hoosier, I pulled out this razor today as it was sitting for a long time and was only used once or twice. The scales embed movement parts and have a wedge (instead of spacer). One thing I wish is that the pallet forks would have the jewels, but they are missing.

Got up early, couldn't sleep, getting old ain’t for wussies. I didn’t want to walk in the office at 2am so I grabbed rock, razor and caffeine. A couple heavy slurry rounds of half strokes, Dilucot then 150ish on water. The shave was good, I went XTG and ATG 2 pass on 36 hours growth. Keen, kind and BBS. I am ready for summer so it was Lime Lather and AV with added menthol for boost mode.
