Good shave, but a touch inconsistent, mainly on the sides of Adam's apple. Might be me not wanting to push the Mellon too hard before I become familiar with it. Will try the blade in the RR GC .84 for the second shave.

Using Cremo Sensitive Skin cream as a preshave and to help create a super lather really made this shave a lot smoother and more enjoyable. That may be my new ritual.

Usually I like long handled razors, but I do prefer this Black Beauty’s shorter sibling as I find it has better balance and agility. But this is a really nice piece as well.
