What kind of brisket is this?

Below is a picture from an ad I saw on this forum. Ad was for meat. I can’t figure out what kind of brisket recipe it represents.

Looks like it has a white film over a sweet glaze. It doesn’t make me want to eat it.

Anybody recognize it?

This. I think it's just the light reflection. change the camera angle and you'd just see a normal glazed sauce.
