It's hard for me to pick a razor, because my favorites are "1912" SE or any of the Schick injector SEs. However, only one of these can be adjustable, so for the sake of variety, let's do this:

Razor: Schick Adjustable (type "M"). If you want a DE, it would be Parker Variant.
Blade: well... Schick injector blade. Chinese ("Chick"). If it has to be a DE, Gillette Silver Blue.
Pre: --
Soap: Proraso Red
AS: Proraso Red
Extra: Proraso "Wood and Spice" cologne (because there's no Red, but this is a more layered version of Red anyway)

Preshave: organic coconut oil
Razor: ERN 120 straight razor
Soap: Rumble 59 - Schmiere Abschaum
