I found this for sale on the web. Any ideas as to what it may be?

I'm no Guido, but I'm gonna start the ball rolling by guessing it's a WWII Gillette Tech, meant for GI use.

Had the same thought, but can't be sure with the blade note in the way. Before purchasing, make certain there are two pieces under that, or be prepared to replace the blade tray if it's missing.

And yes, it's a plastic handled Tech.
