What is this skin condition?

It's not responding to my typical Rosacea treatment regiment. It's scaly and crusty. Hot, red, angry.

One rash it looks like is dermatitis herpetiformis.

That doesn’t look like rosacea.

Here are my wild guesses. Some of these can be very serious!!!

Shingles
Lupus erytrematosis
Psoriasis
Contact dermatitis
Allergic reaction to medication
Other allergic reaction

Is this new?
Allergic reaction to medication?
Did you start using any new products or medications on face prior to rash?
Is it only in face?
Change in diet?
